I discovered yoga 10 years ago when when I'd heard it could possibly help correct my posture. I decided to take myself on a retreat to the south of Spain and can honestly say that I've never looked back and found myself hooked! There's always something new to learn, a different perspective to consider or another approach to explore. These steps can be applied to more than just our practice on the mat, enhancing or guiding us through whatever we're faced with in life.
What better way to continue my journey than to share it with others. So after many more classes, workshops and retreats I enrolled onto a teacher training course with the British Wheel of Yoga.
So as this new path unraveled I discovered Reiki for which I hold a second degree attunement. Reiki is a natural healing technique that channels the body's energy to restore natural balance and cultivate positive change.
